Fee Description

The total fee is detailed by the formula below:

Total Fee = Inscription Sats + Network Fee + Fee by Size + Service Base Fee

• Inscription Sats: The application will automatically recognize your wallet address and estimate the minimum fee (the dust limit bitcoin). Specifically: Legacy 546 sats, Native Segwit 294 sats, Taproot 330 sats.

• Network Fee: This is an on-chain transaction fee, transaction confirmation time will depend on the fee you pay (the higher you pay, the faster the transaction is confirmed).

• Fee by Size: This fee depends on each inscriber platform, it is a percentage of Network Fee. For example Fee by Size of Comsats is 0% * Network Fee = 0

• Service Base Fee: Service fee is free for repeat orders < 3, and charged 200 sats per inscription for repeat orders ≥ 3. Note: Comsats will free the "Service Base Fee" until the end of December 2023.
